Gratitude is a habit of positive people and those who are rich by heart not by money, showing gratitude is not easy for everyone it is very big quality very few people have this type of class, gratitude is not for egoistic or arrogant type of people because these kinds of people don’t know about gratitude they always show their arrogance and putting other’s down, they never help to anyone. And very few people have a quality of gratitude the way of thinking is very different they are full of life are they are always happy in that case happiness is different they always make others happy, they always make others are growing. Gratitude means in Hindi (Aabhaar means jo apne bhaar se mukt ho jaye vahi aabhar prakat kar sakta hai) this is my definition of Gratitude.


Some people have an inner quality of gratitude some learn from society, friends or relatives. I see people always complain about life hey god we want this and still, you don’t give me, what are you doing why you make my life so tough, but they forget those things about god will already give it to you, they never show their gratitude to god. If you are not thankful for god, god will never fulfill your wishes. Gratitude is a key to unlock your luck, success, love, money etc-: If you show your gratitude it shows how much humble you are, what type of person you are it shows your whole persona.

If I talk about the quality of these persons so they are more happy and healthy as compared to others they are kinder and more relaxed, they are not self-centered because the quality of gratitude is working like a magnet if you have a quality of express gratitude everyone attracts you. They have better management skills because they know how to manage ourselves because they don’t interested in poking in others life. They always have a good feeling about others, and also they always boost optimism in anyone’s life. Decision-making skills are sharp of because they have a clear and crisp mind and believe in practical life.



Gratitude makes you a spiritual person your interest will be developed in religion it helps to go closer to god, it increases your self-esteem because if you show your gratitude so you will free from every burden of your life and you feel more confident and good so your self-esteem automatic goes up. You can easily talk to anyone without any fear. Gratitude is a medicine for your mind and for your physical health, those people are a regular practice of gratitude in day to day life they don’t have a doctor because it is a positive emotion it can change your system functioning. In a survey, doctors can found those who give gratitude they have less chances of heart disease, cancer, blood pressure and mental disorder because gratitude changes your thinking from negative to positive. So I sum up this  there are many ways to show gratitude like Say Thank you, Namaste, It means a lot to me, feed to poor people, open a door for someone and many more so choose your way and start showing your gratitude, be happy never criticize to anyone and wait for my next article…

One Indian specialty is a quick adaptation of others’ cultures into itself. As our country is referred to as a subcontinent you can very well imagine the vast plethora of foods one finds in one’s platter. You will find a grand mix and match of our traditional items with today’s worldly foods. It simply does not matter whether you are a vegetarian or a non-vegetarian this food tastes heavenly n you feel the top of the world after having Indian meals.

Many times it happens that local specialties are on top of a foreigner’s list once he visits India again. Numerous Indian foodstuffs are a kind of medication in themselves and yes, these don’t even have any side- effects. Ingredients used are easy to find and convenient to use. One craves for more once he gets a taste of it. Some  Indian dishes are time- consuming but then they give a fantastic result too. Every community is best known for their gourmet culture. If you learn a dish from a community then also you will find a whole range to cover the others.

A person with good culinary skills is respected and looked up to. That’s why they say that cooking is an art which is well perfected by us, Indians. Any person who knows our cuisine well will tell you that it is healthy and fulfilling at the same time. The system of cooking prevalent from ancient times offers various benefits of eating Indian food. If it is prepared neatly and patiently, then you don’t have to go to a doctor every now and then as it is a complete cure in itself. The standards set by Indian cooking are unmatched. In this blog, I am going to tell you how can you boost your confidence, so read it and start and start implement from today. Actually, I see so many people in day to day life they have the very low confidence or low self-esteem or they don’t have the confidence to express their feelings or emotions as well as they can’t maintain an eye contact while talking or greeting from anyone.


Some people hesitate in front of the public or in between some kind of a person but some are hesitating in front of everyone they always fail to express their feelings in front of everyone. These kind of people are very shy, introvert, they are not open up, they like to live alone. But it doesn’t mean they are ill or mentally disturbed the kind of personality is different they are very creative, intelligent, smart, mentally strong. Those persons have low self-esteem or low confidence generally they start to compare ourselves with others and they develop an inferiority complex within a mind.

So they make different types of thinking in their mind, sometimes they go to the materialistic world, they think others are good they are bad or useless they lost their own identity because they influence others.At the early age of child, parents are want to know about the inner confidence of their child, actually this is a duty of parents they have to know about the activity of their child but nowadays parents are not doing their duty, they completely depend on school, see if you track the problem of your child so it can cure easily.

If your child has a problem with low self-esteem so everyone will take an advantage of your child until you do not care for them. So let’s see how can boost inner confidence.

First talk to your child as a friend not as a parent try to identify the root cause of a problem, if the problem is too much to go to good professional counselor don’t go anywhere else. Interview questions and answers for freshers

Oh, my god, today is my interview and I’m so confused what can I do, I am prepared but I am not if I will not reach on time so I am not selected. “INTERVIEW” is a horrible nightmare for students or for those who go for the interview for first time, at the time of interview or before the interview our mind is puzzled with many questions we are panic, angry, confused.

It happens because the interview is an important process for getting a job. Or if you not getting a job you don’t have money. Everyone has prepared as much as they can, they will do 100% for selection. All are prepared very well but some are selected unfortunately some are not. So what is the exact way to face and crack the interview, lets’ see.


  1. Attire- Your attire should be appealing and attractive don’t wear goddy or dark color of clothes in an interview, choose bright colors for an interview because color speaks about your psychology and every color has a different meaning. If a company is not mentioned about the attire so you can wear jeans or shirt/t-shirt it doesn’t matter if a company give some dress code to take care of the dress, your dress must be properly ironed, hair must be short and properly gelled back. Choose your shoes according to your dress, if you wear sports shoes so don’t wear heavy looking or don’t have so much lace pattern.


  1. Body language- Body language speaks so much about you, try to maintain eye contact from interviewer sit straight in the chair, don’t move your shoulder hand or head unnecessary it gives a very bad impression. If you explain any answer so use your hands to explain your answer it shows your confidence, don’t blink your eyes or don’t break the eye contact if you do this it means your self-esteem is very low. Don’t shake or bend your legs it looks very pathetic.



  1. Take permission- If you enter a room first ask permission Can I come madam or sir, It show your manners, before start the interview give permission to sit, If you want to drink water and a glass of water is kept on the table so don’t take the glass and start drinking water because interviewer is busy in asking questions or you suddenly start drinking water so it is a disrespect of interviewer. First, say I want to drink water they will permit you.


  1. Question and answers- The most important and major part of the interview are Q&A. Be prepare yourself physically and mentally, first of all, listen to the question very carefully then you will give the answer.mtg.difficult.jpg Your answers must be short and to the point, don’t confuse to interviewer, if any question is raised to you and the question is about your interest and you very well know about it soon that time you will give wrong answer interviewer have to believe in you because they don’t know the answer to take the advantage, and your chances are increased to select in interview but be careful some interviewer are smart and they caught you and the most important tip by chance if you don’t know the answer to any question so don’t sit with blank face, you can say can you please give me some time to think the answer to this question they will permit you, this will show your effort how much effort you do for think about the answer.

Techniques for Biceps workout


Workout, Sweat, Glucose, Protein shake, then workout, sweat, glucose, protein shake, When you think about it you are at right place, When you think about workout as well as you think about your biceps because bulky biceps attracts, everyone wishes to make biceps like his favorite star or bodybuilder, but pumping biceps is not an easy task because biceps are a small muscle so it takes more time to pump as compared to other muscles, so don’t panic about it. Because biceps is a center muscle it situated between shoulder and forearms, so space is less for pumping, that’s why it develops slowly-slowly. And it also depends upon your workout schedule and your diet. If you take good diet and proper workout so, it develops fasten, not too fast but not too slow. Biceps is a small but important muscle of your body, so let’s see, how can do the workout.

Never do, this is a wrong technique.
  1. Forms: If you want the good shape of biceps so go slow, do proper repetitions slowly-slowly, I know it is deadly painful for you, but this is a right form to do exercise, stand properly don’t look down or side look straight and your arms must be close to your body then start exercise. If you not comfortable so you slightly far your hands from your body this is for beginners only. Don’t bend your body backward it gives you heavy back pain and you will take medicine to heal your pain.
  1. Grip-: You can set the grip according to your body or according to your hands, always take a comfortable grip don’t copy others, if you are copying so you get in trouble. Use your thumb properly for the tight grip, because grip plays very important role for the shape of your biceps. If you want broad biceps so take a wide grip if you want normal biceps to take normal grip. Suppose you do exercise and suddenly your forearms and biceps are full of pain, so don’t lose the grip suddenly, it hurts you.


  1. Right technique- This is the most important thing, every person who goes to the gym they should know about this technique when you pull the rod especially in biceps, pull the rod from lower and up slowly and touch to lower part of your chest, then go down, then repeat this technique. So, follow the right technique and get bulky biceps. For dumbbells take the dumbbell and keep close from your body and start exercise don’t shake your hands while doing dumbbells.



  1. Exercise for bulky biceps-: There is 6 major exercise to develop your biceps-:



  • Barbell curl- Barbell curl is a main and major workout for your biceps, don’t confuse in name barbell means rod, you can take the rod and fix the weight according to your power. Start from 10kg means 5kg per side, it is an enough lightweight to start the workout.


  • Dumbbell curl- Dumbbell curl is also for increasing the size of biceps, it gives strength to your biceps.


  • Incline dumbbell curl-Incline workout is basically for upper biceps, it develops your upper biceps most painful exercise of biceps because you don’t have any support, you can only pull the dumbbell from the power of your biceps.

  • Hammer curl- In hammer curl your brachioradialis is trained to develop again and again the rotational of your muscle is connected to brachioradialis.



  • Zigzag barbell curl- Zigzag barbell curl is opposite of barbell, the zigzag bar is a natural hand position grip, the zigzag design is different it is a form of ‘Z’ shape. Generally, the Zigzag bar is used to develop small muscles like biceps.


  • Preacher curl- Preacher curl is given proper shape for your biceps, it is the most effective exercise for the middle area of your biceps.
